The choicest leaves and herbs steeped, diffusing all the potent beneficial polyphenols and antioxidants and deliriously invigorating scents and flavours: this is what goes into each bottle of ESENTE Natural Teas.

Each tea blend is an innovation in itself, still paying homage to the beloved traditions of yesteryear in the care and devotion given in the preparation of each cup.

We were tasked to refocus the business strategy of a traditional beverage by coming up with a new product that appealed to a younger demographic while maintaining its existing audience. The entire business process was rejigged, with a semi-automation of production, a revitalization of client relationship and quality control measures. In so doing the aim was to take the company from a small beverage maker to one that could aspire to grow it sales volume.

We oversaw a new product strategy by creating the brand story of a new health beverage – Esente. By concentrating on manufacturing and revitalizing distributorship the business was streamlined with a focus on key processes to increase profit margins and to reduce overheads.

In addition to the creation of new sales channels, 20 F&B outlets over 6 months, key marketing initiatives were undertaken to increase brand awareness and visibility through marketing collaterals like posters, bottle labels, brochures, a sales kit and price list.

Result: Sales Revenue Increased by 10% over 6 months.
