Detactical Academy in Singapore uses the situation-based and customisable curriculum developed by International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF). They provides individuals and corporations with the most effective close combat self defence training to face modern-day criminal aggression and threat to personal safety.

Individual participants who travel frequently will find the unarmed training in Close Combat Defence Solutions especially useful to ward off armed and unarmed criminal intent. Using realistic confrontation situations participants will learn defence with empty hands against weapons such as knives, sticks and other objects as well as control and restraint from standing position and ground fighting; often dealing with multiple opponents.

Detactical Pte Ltd was a start-up that required the whole suite activities to get its business off the ground. The aim was to take the company, the idea and potential of a practitioner and key mover of the Krav Maga, to a position where a training academy could aspire to grow the number of certified practitioners of this fast moving sector.

We oversaw the start up of a Krav Maga self-defence academy and undertook to create a viable business model and the main activities of business registration; branding, initial client acquisition strategy, brochures, a sales kit and price list, marketing collaterals and first outreach activity.

Result: Detactical was successfully launched in March 2015
